JudgeBash is a party game where an AI hosts and judges. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account & host info. If you host, we store your email (for magic-link sign-in) and your hosting stats (parties run, games played) to power streaks and your account.
• Gameplay. Players join with a handle — no account required. Submissions (text, drawings, photos, audio) are processed to generate a verdict and are not retained after the round beyond what's needed for moderation and abuse prevention.
• Analytics. We record which games were played, when, and how many players joined — never the content of submissions.
• Payments. Purchases are handled by Stripe. We store your entitlement (what you bought), not your card details.

Moderation & safety

To keep rooms safe, submissions pass through automated moderation before they're shown. Images are screened for illegal content. Family mode hard-locks clean. Hosts have a one-tap kill switch.

• To run the game and deliver verdicts.
• To keep rooms safe (moderation, abuse prevention).
• To power host accounts, streaks, and entitlements.
• To understand which games are popular (aggregate analytics).

Sharing

We use trusted processors to operate the service — hosting, the AI judge model, moderation, payments (Stripe), and email. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your host account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@judgebash.com.

Children

JudgeBash is intended for general audiences. Family mode is designed for mixed-age play; hosts are responsible for the room they run.
