Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
By using JudgeBash you agree to these terms. JudgeBash is a party game in which an AI character hosts, scores, and crowns players across a catalog of games.
Using JudgeBash
- Be the host of a room you're allowed to run, and keep it appropriate for your players.
- Don't submit illegal content, content involving minors, harassment, or anything that violates others' rights.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Hosts control their room, including removing players and the kill switch; you're responsible for your room's conduct.
The AI judge
Verdicts, scores, and roasts are generated by an AI character for entertainment. They're opinions in a comedic voice — not statements of fact about any person. Hosts can override a ruling in-game.
Accounts & payments
- Hosting features require an account. Players join free with a handle.
- Paid plans (Bash Pass, JudgeBash+, BigBash, LiveBash) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; one-time passes are single-use as described at purchase.
- Prices and features may change; we'll give notice of material changes.
Content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant JudgeBash the limited rights needed to run the game, generate verdicts, and moderate content. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Disclaimers
JudgeBash is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game.
